Job description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to design and deliver comprehensive training materials and documentation for our Odoo implementation. This short-term engagement focuses on building internal user capability through structured learning and clear instructional content.Scope of Work / Responsibilities:

Develop detailed, step-by-step user guides for key Odoo modules, including Finance, Inventory, and Sales.
Conduct 3–5 interactive live training sessions for internal team members.
Produce concise video tutorials demonstrating recurring or critical workflows.
Create FAQ and troubleshooting resources addressing common user challenges.
Proven experience in ERP training and documentation projects.
Strong knowledge of Odoo or comparable ERP platforms.
Excellent communication and instructional design skills.
Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, practical learning materials.
Complete set of user manuals and video tutorials.
Live training sessions successfully delivered.
Comprehensive FAQ and support documentation prepared for internal reference.
