Job description


We are a medium-sized company currently using Odoo 19 for our internal operations (Helpdesk, CRM, Website).
We would like to implement the Helpdesk, CRM, Website to manage customer support tickets, service levels, and internal workflows.The main objectives are:
  • Installation and configuration of the Odoo Helpdesk module.
  • Customization of ticket fields 
  • Setting up automated email notifications and SLAs.
  • Integration of Helpdesk with CRM and Sales modules.
  • Creation of a simple public form for customers to submit support requests.
  • Dashboard for monitoring ticket performance and response times.
Deliverables:
  • A fully working Helpdesk system in our existing Odoo 19.
  • Documentation and short training on how to use the new system.

    Technical Requirements:
    • Odoo 19 (Enterprise).
    • Experience with Odoo configuration 
    • Ability to set up Odoo email gateways (incoming/outgoing).
    • Familiar with customer service workflows.
