Job description
We would like to implement the Helpdesk, CRM, Website to manage customer support tickets, service levels, and internal workflows.The main objectives are:
- Installation and configuration of the Odoo Helpdesk module.
- Customization of ticket fields
- Setting up automated email notifications and SLAs.
- Integration of Helpdesk with CRM and Sales modules.
- Creation of a simple public form for customers to submit support requests.
- Dashboard for monitoring ticket performance and response times.
- A fully working Helpdesk system in our existing Odoo 19.
- Documentation and short training on how to use the new system.
Technical Requirements:- Odoo 19 (Enterprise).
- Experience with Odoo configuration
- Ability to set up Odoo email gateways (incoming/outgoing).
- Familiar with customer service workflows.
