Our company in Dubai, is growing really fast, and honestly, our current way of managing customers and sales is no longer working for us. Everything is spread across WhatsApp chats, Excel files, emails, and a few old tools and it’s getting messy.That’s why we want to move to a proper, professional CRM system using Salesforce.We’re looking for someone who really knows Salesforce and can help us set up a clean, organized, and fully automated system for our sales team. We want something that makes our daily work easier not more complicated.We deal with a lot of customers every day (retail shops, distributors, and some clients in KSA and Bahrain), so we need a system that helps us track leads, follow up with clients, organize our price lists, and manage deals from start to finish.If you’ve worked with trading companies or fast-paced sales teams before, you’ll know exactly what we mean. We want someone who can look at how we work today and help us build a Salesforce setup that actually fits our real workflow here in Dubai.
