How we review
Document check: validity, expiry date, data match (name/DOB), tampering
Face match: portrait vs. document photo (and selfie if requested)
Compliance check: sanctions/PEP screening (light), high-risk flags
Bank match: payout account holder = verified profile/agency name
Common rejection reasons
Expired/partial/obstructed documents
Mismatch between profile name and document/bank
Low-quality or unreadable images
AI-generated or altered photos; watermarks; heavy edits
Agency submissions missing company proof or representative authorization
If rejected, you can resubmit with corrected documents. Repeated violations or fraud attempts may lead to account suspension.

Helpful tips
Make sure your profile photo is your real face (no logos/avatars)
For agencies, keep company legal info in the account up to date
Double-check that bank account name = your verified name/company
If your legal name recently changed, upload proof (marriage/legal change)
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
To further clarify the process for users, you can add an FAQ section that answers common questions.
Can I redact sensitive fields?
Do not cover or blur mandatory fields (name, photo, document number, DOB, expiry, MRZ). You may cover non-essential numbers (e.g., national ID serials not required for KYC) only if the document remains clearly verifiable.
Do I need to add a bank account during identity verification?
No — You can skip entering a bank account during the initial verification process. However, please note that you must provide a valid bank account where the account holder's name exactly matches the name verified in your profile or documents before you can withdraw funds from the platform.
Can I change my payout bank after verification?
Yes, but the new bank holder name must match your verified name/company. Re-verification may be required.
Do you accept digital IDs or e-residence cards?
In many EU countries, yes—upload the front/back or PDF export that’s officially supported
