Content Privacy & Security Guidelines – FreelanceERP.com

Last Updated: October 2025

FreelanceERP respects the confidentiality and integrity of all user-generated content. This policy explains how we handle user content, maintain security, and set guidelines for acceptable behavior within the platform.

1. Ownership of Uploaded Content

All content uploaded by users—such as profiles, resumes, project descriptions, portfolios, and attachments—remains the property of its original creator.
By posting content on FreelanceERP, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, distribute, and promote it for platform-related purposes only.

2. Confidential Information

Employers and freelancers are fully responsible for protecting sensitive or confidential data (such as credentials, internal documentation, or proprietary information).
FreelanceERP does not assume liability for any private information voluntarily shared by users in public spaces.

3. Private Messages and Files

Messages and files exchanged between freelancers and employers are private and not visible to other users.
In the event of disputes or reports of misconduct, FreelanceERP’s moderation team may review communication strictly for investigation purposes.

4. Recommended Security Practices

To maintain a safe working environment, we strongly recommend the following practices:

  • After a project is completed and approved, employers must immediately change all passwords, access credentials, and server information shared during collaboration.
  • Always use licensed and legal software. Avoid cracked or pirated software, as it can lead to security risks and legal consequences.
  • Share only the minimum required access credentials for project execution.
  • Keep backups of your project files and sensitive data at all times.

5. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, publish, or share content that includes:

  • Illegal, harmful, or violent material;
  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content;
  • Any form of harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on gender, race, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation;
  • Infringement of copyright, trademarks, or third-party intellectual property;
  • Malware, phishing links, or malicious code;
  • Advertising, spam, or external promotional content not related to FreelanceERP.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

6. Content Removal and Moderation

FreelanceERP reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these guidelines or threatens platform integrity and user safety.
Repeated violations may lead to permanent account suspension.

7. Disclaimer

FreelanceERP provides tools for communication and collaboration but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of all content transmitted online.
Users are responsible for applying reasonable security and privacy measures when exchanging sensitive information.
