Job description
We are seeking a skilled CRM Consultant to manage the cleanup, preparation, and migration of legacy customer data currently stored in spreadsheets and outdated CRM systems into Salesforce CRM.Scope of Work / Responsibilities:
- Review and audit existing customer records to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and incomplete entries.
- Clean, validate, and standardize all customer data prior to migration.
- Define and execute accurate data mapping between old systems and the new CRM structure.
- Perform data migration and conduct comprehensive integrity checks.
- Prepare clear documentation of the migration process for internal reference and future updates.
- Proven experience in CRM data migration projects, ideally involving Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data validation.
- Ability to work methodically and deliver reliable, clean datasets.
- A fully migrated, tested, and verified CRM database.
- Detailed migration documentation and summary report.
- Practical recommendations for ongoing data hygiene and maintenance.
