Job description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to design and deliver comprehensive training materials and documentation for our Odoo implementation. This short-term engagement focuses on building internal user capability through structured learning and clear instructional content.Scope of Work / Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed, step-by-step user guides for key Odoo modules, including Finance, Inventory, and Sales.
- Conduct 3–5 interactive live training sessions for internal team members.
- Produce concise video tutorials demonstrating recurring or critical workflows.
- Create FAQ and troubleshooting resources addressing common user challenges.
- Proven experience in ERP training and documentation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo or comparable ERP platforms.
- Excellent communication and instructional design skills.
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, practical learning materials.
- Complete set of user manuals and video tutorials.
- Live training sessions successfully delivered.
- Comprehensive FAQ and support documentation prepared for internal reference.
