General
FreelanceERP is a specialized marketplace connecting businesses with ERP professionals.
Businesses can find and hire ERP developers, consultants, implementation specialists and other professionals, while freelancers can discover ERP projects and submit proposals.
FreelanceERP is designed for both businesses and ERP professionals.
Businesses can use the platform to find specialized talent and manage projects, while freelancers can create professional profiles, discover projects and work with clients.
ERP projects often involve complex business processes, integrations, data, accounting, inventory, manufacturing, CRM and other specialized requirements.
FreelanceERP is designed specifically around this type of work.
For Clients
You can browse ERP freelancer profiles, review their skills and experience, or post a project and receive proposals from professionals interested in your requirements.
Create your project by describing your requirements, skills, budget and other relevant details. Once published, eligible freelancers can discover your project and submit proposals.

Yes. You can browse freelancer profiles and evaluate their skills, experience, rates and other available information before choosing who to work with.
Yes. Projects can be structured around milestones when the client and freelancer agree to divide the work into multiple stages.
Each milestone can have its own deliverables and agreed amount.
For freelancer
Create your freelancer profile and browse available projects.
You can use project information and available filters to find opportunities that match your skills and ERP expertise.
Open a project that matches your expertise and submit your proposal with the information requested by the client.
Your proposal should clearly communicate how you can contribute to the project and the terms you are offering.
Yes. Freelancers are required to complete the necessary Stripe account and wallet setup before submitting proposals and starting projects.
This helps ensure that payouts can be processed when funds become available.
Payments & Wallet
After the client and freelancer agree on the project terms, the client funds their FreelanceERP wallet.
The amount required for the project is then blocked in the client's wallet.
After the freelancer completes the work and the client approves it, the applicable funds are released to the freelancer.
The amount allocated to the project is blocked in the client's FreelanceERP wallet according to the agreed project terms.
When the freelancer completes the agreed work and the client confirms the completion, the applicable blocked funds are released to the freelancer's available balance.
Milestones & Weekly Projects
For milestone projects, each stage can have its own agreed amount.
When a milestone is ready to begin, the client reserves that milestone's amount in their wallet.
Once the freelancer completes the milestone and the client approves the work, the corresponding funds are released.
For weekly projects, the client and freelancer agree on the number of hours and the applicable hourly rate.
The amount corresponding to the agreed hours is reserved in the client's wallet.
Funds are released based on the actual hours completed and reported according to the project's terms.
Stripe & Withdrawals
FreelanceERP uses Stripe for payment processing and freelancer payouts.
Stripe provides the payment infrastructure that connects the platform's payment flow with eligible freelancer payout accounts.
When funds become available for withdrawal, you can request a payout from your FreelanceERP wallet.
The payout is processed through Stripe and transferred to your connected local bank account.
Payouts may take approximately 2–7 business days after a withdrawal request.
The actual processing time can vary depending on the currency, country and local banking system.
Yes. FreelanceERP uses EUR (€) as the platform currency for wallet balances and project amounts.
When a payout is sent to a local bank account, Stripe may convert the amount into the applicable local currency.
Currency conversion or other payment-related fees may apply depending on the currency, country, bank and applicable Stripe terms.
