01 — Activate Your Partner Account
Start by logging into your FreelanceERP account.
From your dashboard, open Partner Program and submit your request to become a Partner.
Once your Partner account is activated, you can access your Partner dashboard and referral tools.
No separate website or account is required.
02 — Get Your Personal Referral Link
After activation, FreelanceERP creates a unique referral link for your Partner account.
This link is connected to your Partner profile and allows the platform to identify users who join through your referral.
You can copy and share your link with your professional network, communities, colleagues, or other ERP professionals.
Share it where your professional community already exists.
03 — A New User Joins Through Your Link
When someone follows your referral link and registers on FreelanceERP, the referral is associated with your Partner account.
The referred user can then:
- Create their freelancer profile
- Add their ERP skills and experience
- Browse available projects
- Submit proposals
- Communicate with clients
- Get hired
- Complete projects
A registration by itself does not generate Partner earnings.
04 — Your Referral Completes Paid Work
This is where the Partner Program becomes meaningful.
When your referred freelancer gets hired and successfully completes an eligible paid project, the corresponding platform commission is generated.
Your Partner reward is calculated from the eligible platform commission, according to the Partner rules and your current tier.
Example
A freelancer you referred completes a €1,000 project.
If the platform generates an eligible commission from that project, the Partner reward associated with your referral is calculated from that commission.
The exact amount depends on the applicable Partner tier and eligible commission.
05 — Your Partner Wallet Is Credited
Once the Partner reward becomes eligible, it is credited to your FreelanceERP Partner Wallet.
From your Partner dashboard, you can see information such as:
- Total Partner earnings
- Available balance
- Referral activity
- Successful referrals
- Partner tier
- Eligible rewards
- Withdrawal history
Your Partner earnings accumulate in your wallet until you request a withdrawal.
06 — Request a Withdrawal
When you have an available balance, you can request a transfer from your Partner Wallet.
The withdrawal process follows the platform's payment and wallet procedures.
Your Partner earnings are therefore handled through the same secure wallet infrastructure used within FreelanceERP.

What Counts as a Successful Referral?
A successful referral is based on real activity, not simply registration.
❌ Registration only
A person signs up but never uses FreelanceERP.
No Partner reward is generated.
❌ Profile only
A referred freelancer creates a profile but does not complete eligible paid work.
No Partner reward is generated.
✅ Successful activity
A referred freelancer joins, gets hired, completes an eligible paid project, and generates platform commission.
The corresponding Partner reward can then become eligible.
Why the Partner Program Works
The model is designed around a simple principle:
Partners benefit when the professionals they introduce successfully use FreelanceERP.
This means the program is focused on building a real professional ecosystem rather than simply collecting registrations.
You help bring qualified ERP professionals to the platform.
FreelanceERP provides the marketplace.
Clients find the right talent.
Freelancers find new opportunities.
And successful platform activity can generate Partner rewards.
