Odoo ERP and HubSpot CRM Integration
Job Description
We are looking for an Odoo developer to integrate Odoo ERP with HubSpot CRM and automate data synchronization between the two systems. The goal is to connect sales and marketing activities, reduce manual work, and give our team a clearer view of customer interactions and purchase history. - Contact Sync: Synchronize contacts and companies between Odoo and HubSpot, avoiding duplicates. - Email Tracking: Log marketing emails, clicks, replies, and engagement activities in Odoo. - Sales Data: Share quotations, orders, invoices, and purchase history with HubSpot for targeted campaigns. - Automation: Keep relevant data updated automatically in both systems. - Error Handling: Track synchronization failures and handle data conflicts. The integration should use Odoo and HubSpot APIs, with proper data mapping, access permissions, and synchronization rules. 1. Review the existing systems and define the integration approach. 2. Develop and configure the synchronization workflows. 3. Test data consistency and email activity tracking. 4. Provide basic documentation for maintenance. Experience with Odoo, HubSpot, Python, and REST APIs is required. The final solution should be reliable, secure, and easy to maintain.
