Project Overview We are an Odoo implementation partner working with a client in South America who needs to streamline daily operations and automate several existing workflows. We are looking for an experienced Odoo consultant who can work directly with our team, understand the client's requirements, and deliver a practical solution using standard Odoo features and reliable third-party integrations wherever possible. Scope of Work - Documents & E-Signatures: Automate applications, contracts, disclosures, document templates, and field calculations. - Credit Integration: Connect MicroBilt for credit checks, qualification rules, approvals, deposits, and customer notifications. - Inventory & Barcode: Track equipment using serial numbers, asset tags, and customer assignments. - Appointments: Migrate from Square Appointments to Odoo, including scheduling, resource allocation, and reminders. - Driver Operations: Build a mobile-friendly workflow for assigned jobs, equipment scans, photos, notes, and completion updates. - Helpdesk & Billing: Automate customer support tasks, late fees, and follow-up communications. -Odoo.sh Upgrade: Estimate the effort and cost of upgrading to Odoo.sh v20. English and Spanish support is required for customer documents and communications. Testing, deployment, and staff training are also part of the project. Requirements We need someone with strong hands-on Odoo implementation experience, API integrations, and workflow automation skills. Experience with MicroBilt, barcode operations, and mobile workflows is a plus. As an Odoo partner serving clients in South America, we need a reliable specialist who can communicate clearly, participate in regular online meetings, and collaborate with our team throughout the project.
