Job Description

We need help getting Odoo CRM ready for our daily sales activities. Right now, our main priority is having a clear overview of our leads customer conversations and ongoing opportunities. We want to keep things simple and use Odoo's existing features as much as possible. The setup should cover lead management, sales stages, scheduled follow-ups, activity reminders, and basic reporting. We also need the system configured so our team can easily manage and update customer information. We're looking for someone who has practical experience with Odoo CRM and can recommend the right configuration without overcomplicating things. Please tell us how you would approach the setup, how long it would take, and what it would cost. Examples of previous CRM implementations would be helpful.
