Job Description

We are based in Italy and need an Odoo specialist to set up a helpdesk system for our customer support services. We want to use Odoo Community Edition, installed and configured on our Linux server, to manage support tickets and customer requests. The setup should include ticket management, assignment to team members, status tracking, email notifications, and a simple workflow for handling customer issues.
