Odoo 19 – Shopify Integration
Job Description
I currently manage our products and stock in Odoo19 and use Shopify for online sales. We need someone who can connect the two systems and make sure information stays consistent without having to update everything manually. The integration will mainly cover the following areas: - Products: Send product details, variants, and attributes from Odoo to Shopify. - Stock Levels: Keep Shopify inventory updated whenever stock changes in Odoo. A delay of up to one hour is acceptable. - Orders: Import new Shopify orders into Odoo automatically so our team can process them. - Shipping Updates: Send fulfillment status and tracking numbers from Odoo back to Shopify. We work with refurbished and returned products, so accurate stock information is particularly important. The integration should also handle synchronization errors without silently losing data. Our marketplace integrations are already managed internally and are not part of this project. We would prefer a straightforward solution that is easy to maintain rather than something unnecessarily complicated. Please include a brief overview of how you would approach the integration, your estimated timeline and budget, examples of similar work, and any maintenance or monitoring you would recommend. Experience with Odoo, Shopify APIs, and Python integrations is essential. Clear documentation for the team taking over the solution is also expected.
